AP Employees PRC: Andhra Pradesh government employees have started the exercise to give the much awaited PRC. The government has started the process to give it by the end of this month. Government Adviser Sajjala Ramakrishnareddy assured that after discussions with the Chief Secretary to Government, all the problems of the employees would be resolved in stages. On the other hand, the union leaders said they would not compromise until their demands were met.

On Wednesday, CMO officials held talks with the unions at the CM’s camp office in Thadepalli. The meeting discussed issues such as PRC of employees, health cards, reimbursement of health fees, regularization of contract employees. Speaking to media after the meeting, Sajjala Ramakrishnareddy said that the state government is committed to solving the problems of the employees. He clarified that all the issues will be resolved soon. He clarified that the PRC will be implemented by the end of this month. Sajjala said CM Jagan would be two steps ahead in terms of employee safety

Sajjala Ramakrishnareddy said that there will be a discussion with the Chief Secretary to the Government to give the PRC by the end of this month. All major issues will be resolved within the next month. Sajjala said their government was employee friendly and had used employees for politics in the past. Also, he recalled that CM Jagan had fulfilled the ever-pending RTC demands. Sajjala said the problems had not been resolved for two years due to financial difficulties due to Kovid. We are working to solve the problems .. The government is discussing the implementation of the PRC. He recalled that 27 per cent of IR guarantees were fulfilled by CM Jagan when he came to power. The PRC assured the employees that it would be completed by the end of this month and the rest would be done on a regular basis.

On the other hand, AP NGO president Bandi Srinivasa Rao said there was no compromise until the issues were resolved. They said they would negotiate with the CS and that they had their activity. If so, there have been reports over the past few days that employees are deeply dissatisfied with the government. While the unions met several times, it was rumored that government officials had phoned and pacified them. However, not only did the pensions not arrive on time, but the salaries of the contract and outsourcing employees were also delayed. The state government has been in talks with the unions in this regard. To this extent the PRC has guaranteed implementation. The unions are happy with the government’s latest announcement.
